Theme – Forget About It

I have slowly been wiping all rationale and practicality from my thinking. Life is...it just is and no amount of being reasonable nor responsible will ever make it different than it is. In fact, those things interfere, so...Forget About It.

Lesson – Everything's Gonna be Alright

So, don't worry. Be Happy. Things may not be ideal or playing out the way desired but if we get out of our own way - it's all alright in the end.

Observation – There's Something Funny Going On

Things are strange to say the least currently. I feel the energies but I cannot classify them .

The Post

I feel like I have to take a moment before I write. I'm not sure where I am or what is going on. This whole week is so very Once Upon Ago. Hell...this morning is Once Upon Ago.

I'm not sure what is going on.

Something.

I've been like riding this way...up and down, up and down, up and down. It just keeps going. If I were a surfer I would be THE Kahuna. I'm keeping up. I don't know how.

I'm doing and living and moving but I find myself challenged often - struggling to get things done or make the money. Or sometimes I'm just worn and tired. I set up the bed before 2000 hours more than I would care to think about, let alone admit.

I'm having difficulty working the way I'd like to be. Some of it is scheduling conflicts. Some is me not getting out or staying out when I want to. It always works out somehow, some way. The finances balance. The time is used.

It's just not working out as I plan it in my head.

I'm finding that The Hovel gets cluttered frequently. It's a small space and it doesn't take much or long for it to clutter up. I have to constantly be at it. Tidying, straightening, shifting. I have to repeat processes - like the bed. Every night I must inflate it and make it. This includes a make-shift headboard. Every morning, I must fold up the blankets, tuck it all away, deflate the bed and store it, and return the headboard to The Shop.

Meanwhile, I am still trying to find the proper set-up and routines. It's all coming together. But it is a constant work-in-progress. Like a living puzzle that resets itself every so many days.

It's being put together.

It's just not being put together as I plan in my head.

I find myself stumbling through my life. All in all, things are fine but I have these days that are just filled with drops, twists, spills, trips, near falls, snags. Just...life happening as backwards and complicated as it can. All.Day. Long.

And, I just keep dopin' on my way.

The Trip is nearing. Plans are slowly getting made. The money is coming in bits and pieces. I don't think I'll have what I wanted but I will have funds. We have taken lil retreats in the past for $1000, including lodging. Now, excluding lodging [because it far exceeds anything I have spent in the past,] we are almost at that $1000 mark in funds.

So a trip can happen.

It just may not happen as I have planned in my mind.

I feel good. I feel scattered and frenzied...and so very confused, but I feel strong and bright as well. It's a very strange place to be. I don't quite feel right, but I certainly don't feel wrong. I have felt off course, off balance, in the dark many times before. This isn't that. It's more like the awkwardness of a sudden growth spurt.

I've resolved that I am in The Hovel until at least February...probably a little longer. There's just still too much to work out financially and my earnings plans are not going the way I had hoped. The winter, I fear is going to be a little harsh. It's going to get cold in The Hovel and though I will have heat it will be difficult to heat it enough. I'll manage though. I always do.

I've got a busy two weeks coming up filled with working, editing, appointments, shows, and other errands. Then it is just 4 days until [what truly can be titled] The Magickal Mystery Tour. [An off shoot of The Freedom Tour.]

THIS is The Freedom Tour. The energies and experiences of right now mirror those of every Quest of the past. This realization is what has made it easier to let go of my plans and expectations and just let life unfold.

Blue Jay - Proper Use of Power

It can reflect lessons in using your own power properly. It can also reflect lessons in not allowing yourself to be placed in a position in which power is misused against you. It has the ability to link the heavens and the earth, to access each for greater power. This is a totem that can move between both and tap the primal energies at either level. Higher knowledge that can be used. The main problem will be dabbling in both worlds, rather than becoming a true master of both. Usually have a tremendous amount of ability, but it can be scattered or it is often not developed any more than is necessary to get by. Not unusual to find individuals with the Jay totem being dabblers - especially in the psychic and metaphysical fields. They know a little bit about a lot of things and they use that knowledge sometimes to give the impression that they know more. Wear the crown of true master ship requires dedication, responsibility, and committed development in all things in the physical and spiritual. A reminder to follow through on all things - to not start something and then leave it dangling. A time of greater resourcefulness and adaptability is about to unfold. Going to have ample opportunities to develop and use your abilities. Look for ample time to develop and use your energies to access new levels. Actually a member of the crow family, most crows have no fear. It is because of this the Jay can help you connect to the deepest mysteries of the earth and the greatest of the heavens. This sense of seeking pleasure - often at the expense of others - can reflect an imbalance. Sometimes jay shows up when this is happening in your own life. A tremendous ability for survival with the least amount of effort. They reflect great talent, but that talent must be developed and utilized properly. It indicates that you are moving into a time where you can develop your innate royalty that is within you, or simply be a pretender to the throne. It all depends on you. 

Deer – Gentleness and Innocence – Gentle Luring to New Adventures

They have been able to adapt to every sort of habitat. Buddha is often pictured with a deer. Antlers are symbols of antennae, connections to higher forms of attunement. Look for new perceptions and degrees of perceptions to expand for as much as the next five years. Can indicate that there will be opportunities to stimulate gentle new growth increasingly over the next few years. Leads us back to the primal wisdom. A deer’s senses are very acute. Find increasing ability to detect subtle movements and appearances. Begin to hear what may not be said directly. Time to be gentle with yourself and others. A new innocence and freshness is about to be awakened or born. There is going to be a gentle, enticing lure of new adventures. Are you trying to force things? Are others? Are you being too critical and uncaring of yourself? An opportunity to express gentle love that will open new doors to adventure for you.

Eagle - Illumination of Spirit, Healing, and Creation. 

Balance of being of the Earth, but not in it. The soul, the spirit, and warmth of life. The resurrection. Punishment and reward. Greater sight and perception. Reflects an awakening ability or the need to learn to walk between worlds. Heroic nobility and divine spirit. The rediscovery of the inner child. Alchemy. Involvement with creativity. A willingness to experience extremes in a controlled condition. A willingness to use your passions to purify and to use your abilities, even if you get scorched a little in the process. The need to stay connected to and use things of the Earth. Important to know when to speak, how much, how strongly. New vision will open. The ability to hear - spiritually and physically - may also increase. Cooperative responsibility. A healing role. Opportunities (even those thought long lost) will arise - learn to see and snatch them up. A new sense of timing and movement will begin to develop Primal force inherent and easily awakened.  When the fly spirit animal makes its way into your life, this usually serves as a warning that there’s danger lurking somewhere.

It means to catch your attention when you are spending too much of your time with someone or on something that has a destructive influence.

The fly meaning brings to focus to anything that’s causing harm to your life, whether of your own choosing or not. An example of this is giving in to societal pressures and indifference.

Just like the cricket spirit animal, the meaning of the fly also speaks about hate, spite, malice, or blame. It buzzes to be heard and flies overhead annoyingly until you are forced to swat or kill it with anything you can get your hands on.

However, before you dismiss the fly as nothing but bad and undesirable, the fly symbolism also speaks about cures for sicknesses (just like the deer symbolism).

The meaning of the fly also serves as a reminder that you reap what you sow.

What you put out there to the world will come back to you a hundredfold, so make sure that your actions, thoughts, and words come from a place of love and goodness.

The fly spirit animal symbolizes abundance and prosperity during times of adversity.

It sends the message that by being persistent, consistent, and determined even in the face of tragedy will result to victory.

The fly signifies encouragement, because it does a very excellent job of goading you with its presence until you surrender to what it wants and let you be.

It will always fasten on you, arouse you, reproach you, or persuade you, and will not be satisfied until you get on your feet and achieve what you set out to achieve.

Hawk - Visionary Power and Guardianship.

Messengers, protectors and visionaries. Visionary power and leading you to your life purpose. There is a message coming. What you eat, you become. Kundalini. Childhood visions are becoming empowered and fulfilled. The ability to soar and glide upon the currents. Great Heights while still keeping your feet on the ground. Attacks by people who won’t understand you - attack your ability to soar. Teaching of higher expression of psychosis and vision. Beauty and harmony in moderation. Lead you to using your creative energy in manifesting your soul purpose. Hope and new ideas. A need to be open to the new or shows ways that you may help teach others to be open to the new. Be observant. Life is sending signals. Careful in expression. Comments and actions will be strong and powerful with the ability to tear and/or kill. 

Skunk - Sensuality, Respect, and Self-Esteem

Teaches how to give respect, expect respect, and demand respect. It helps you to recognize your own qualities and assert them. Can teach you how to be more self-assured and how to assert yourself. The owl should be studied as it is a contrary medicine. Teach us how to get more attention without being arrogant and irritating. Sometimes it shows up to help us deal with those people in our life who are outrageously irritating. The sense of smell has ties to sensuality and sexuality. The use of fragrances will elicit dynamic responses in those associated with. Can usually expect to experience stronger sexual responses to others and in their response to you. A greater ability to attract people will begin to unfold. Cycles. Must learn to balance the ability to draw and repel people. There is a natural cycle. Solitary animal. There are times best for drawing people and there are times to avoid people. Indication of the active flow of the Kundalini or life force (ties to the sexual energies and the life force active in every aspect of the life process.) Kundalini is usually already active. Time to amplify and teach the use and control of this life force more effectively. The ability to be able to turn on and off the creative force and direct it along several lines. Good for those people with this totem not to blow their own horn. Sit back and let others do the noticing for you. Teach you when it is best to be noticed and how o go about it most effectively. Going to have opportunities to bring out new respect and self-esteem. Lessons and times associated with increased sensuality physically, sexually, psychically, and spiritually. Tiger – Power, Passion, Devotion and Sensuality

Element of water. Find their most effective work accomplished at night. Mysticism surrounding new and full moons. There will be awakened a new sensuality – a sensitivity to touch. White tiger is a symbol of the west, autumn, and all metals. Expect new adventures. Begin within 6-8 weeks and last for about a year and a half. Do you need more passion for life? Are you expressing your life passion inappropriately? Has your energy been down? There will begin to develop new adventures and renewed devotion and passion for life.
