Theme – Details Matter

 The devil's in the details. I think about this a lot - in different ways. This week, I mentioned it on video. I share so much of my day/life. Perhaps, too much at times. [Or so it may seem.] But I do it because Details Matter and you never know which will be the A-HA moment. Details Matter in storytelling. The right details [or the wrong ones] can make or break the vibe of the tale.

Lesson – Reset Day

 The Day of Rest. I'm so bad at this. I really am. I take them but usually only when forced into them - like today with the snow. But when I do take them and actually take advantage of what they are, I find that I feel the benefits, the difference. It's like a weight lifting. Not just off the shoulders but from deep within the soul and you can feel your whole being lift and relax. We all need a day to unwind and refresh. Once a week is best.

Observation – On the Flip Side

 There's two sides to every story. Two sides of the same coin. In every situation, there is something we are not seeing. Something not on the surface. Something...On the Flip Side. Take the good with the bad. On the other hand. On the Flip Side. Every cloud has a silver lining. Everything has a positive and a negative. It's all depends on which you choose to focus.

The Post

 It is the last Sunday before Imbolc. In fact, Imbolc is next Sunday. [I kinda like that. February is going to be 4 solid, complete, weeks. It has been a rougher January than I had anticipated. It wasn't the roughest of the Januarys. I just thought I had it beat this time. I was wrong.

Like I say, it wasn't bad....just challenging. Nothing quite went right. Backwards, upside down, shut down, shut off, cut off, hung out to dry.

I can't complain. Things didn't go the way I hoped. But, then, it is The Year of No Thing. Besides...I survived. Here i am over there.

At this point, I will be happy if I can balance myself, zero out, find my tare by Imbolc. If I can step into the productive part of my year on solid footing, I will feel as though I have conquered the world.

I am close. It will be an interesting journey there. My week is more complex than a week has been for a while. I have a meeting at the Meeting Place. I have to take the Mayor to her session. I have a calling hour to attend. I have a certain amount of money I need to make to at lest balance out. Plus I have all of my normal every week tasks.

I won't get to the point for which I was originally shooting but I will just adjust. I'll make it work cause that's what I do.

When I sat down to write, I thought I was going to kind of touch base on what's been happening. But we all know how my life has gone, Fellow Travelers. We know where [and how] I'm living. We know that The Princesses have cut me from their lives. We know I am lost in life.

There's no sense in rehashing that nonsense.

I don't really know what to write. I can have no expectations moving forward. I can only take it say by day, moment by moment.

I've mentioned that there is something deeper happening with The Princesses, but after reviewing this week's Totems I think it may be best to let that topic rest for the moment.

Other than that I feel like I have been going through a healing process. It's all that 'Secret' Chakra. I hope it takes this time. I feel like there are serious shifts on the horizon. [But then I always feel that way. A sort of wishful thinking perhaps.]

I'm not sure what to tell you about the future, Fellow Travelers. I have to muddle through this week and set myself as straight as I can. Then...well, it's as good as casting off. Everything from Imbolc on is just another Journey.

Rabbit (Wait) - Look for fertile signs and use the lunar cycle. If unsure, wait. Answers will become clear within a month. Then movement is assured.

Opossum (Appearances) - Be careful of appearances. Divert attention away from important endeavors. Pose as you must to succeed.

Eagle (Healing Visions) - "Spirit" vision and healing surround you. Look at things from new perspective. Take a different path. Trust what you are becoming.

Heron (Be Assertive) - Assert yourself when opportunities appear. Change is coming anyway so act with self-reliance. Take advantage of changes.

Wolf (Guidance) - Though not apparent yet, change is occurring. Trust in self to find your path. Take control. Protection surrounds you in journeys.

Shark (Relentless) - Senses are heightened. Use relentless ferocity in your pursuits/defense of your opportunities. Do not trust the instincts of others. Discriminate.

Blue Jay (Choose Wisely) - Be careful of choices you make. Choose so others do not get hurt. Don't be afraid. Stay with choices you have made.

Hawk (Guiding Vision) - Spirit vision and guardianship surround you. Be patient and observe. You will see the opportunities. Signs are clear.
